Supporting Your Well-Being

I am a counsellor based in Hong Kong. I graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Master’s degree in counselling.  I am a member of The Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. 

My experience includes working with a diverse range of clients from different cultural backgrounds. In addition, I have worked with people who have physical health problems such as cancer.

Prior to becoming a counsellor, I was in various management roles at blue chip companies. Listening to patients as a volunteer at hospitals led me to pursue professional qualifications to continue with my passion for helping people. I am keen to use my professional knowledge and skills to empower people to lead a more satisfying life.
